The telephonic medical assistance service has no limit of events. Your household and you have two house calls by a doctor, and two ambulance services per year without cost, within the Mexican Republic. Additional doctor visits or ambulance services will be charged at a preferential cost.


What are the restrictions in using a house call doctor without cost as well as the ambulance service?

There are no restrictions in the case of a house call by a doctor and the use of an ambulance.
You will allways be able to contact us and a doctor will help you solve the health problem, but only the first two will have no cost. 


What conditions need to be met to name someone as my beneficiary?
